Bottega Veneta Client Development Intern | Milan | Support EMEA client engagement and events with Kering's luxury house in a 6-month curricular internship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of client events and initiatives to enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty
- Maintain and update the events database, including suppliers, catering services, and venue options
- Monitor and manage updates to the annual events calendar, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Coordinate with store teams across the region to conduct market research and analysis, identifying best practices and new client opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including PR, events, marketing, visual merchandising, product merchandising, and client development teams—to enhance client experiences
- Gather qualitative feedback from retail teams to refine and optimize the client journey
- Provide administrative support to the Client Development team for seamless day-to-day operations
- Assist with outreach to vendors to collect relevant information and facilitate partnerships
- Contribute to cost reporting and budget tracking for events and initiatives
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative client engagement strategies
- Prepare compelling presentations and reports for client meetings, reviews, and event summaries
- Support the creation of creative briefs, presentations, and post-event reports in PowerPoint format
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a BSc or MSc in a relevant discipline
- Passion for fashion and demonstrated interest in retail and omnichannel customer experiences
- Meticulous attention to detail paired with effective communication skills
- Strong ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
- Outstanding organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
Skills
Experience
Preference for candidates with prior experience in client-facing roles, event coordination, or retail environments. Internship or relevant coursework in luxury retail, marketing, events management, or customer experience is advantageous.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline such as business, marketing, events management, luxury retail, or fashion studies.
