Bottega Veneta (Kering) in London seeks a Client Development Intern (12‑month FTC) to support client activations, events and CRM across Northern Europe.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Client Development Manager in the day-to-day execution of client engagement projects and in-store activations across Northern Europe.
  • Prepare event format briefs and coordinate all operational elements for activations (e‑vites, gifts, special visual set‑ups, catering, DJs, etc.).
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders — retail teams, client engagement, visual and operations — to plan and execute events and client experiences.
  • Assist in the creation and management of budgets and cost plans; perform accounting follow‑up and ensure invoices and estimates are processed correctly and on time.
  • Manage gift ordering and delivery logistics: collect store orders, monitor costs and budgets, and track timely fulfilment.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and bookings for clients and internal teams when required.
  • Collect and integrate project data into follow‑up templates and contribute to market research and analysis to identify best practices and client opportunities.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and support preparation of presentations and reports for client meetings and reviews.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Client Development team, including vendor follow‑up and document management.

Qualifications

  • Fluent written and spoken English is essential.
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Marketing, Communications, Luxury Management or a related discipline.
  • Passion for fashion and a customer‑centric, omni‑channel mindset.
  • Excellent organisational, analytical and attention‑to‑detail skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work autonomously and collaboratively within cross‑functional teams.
  • Flexible, adaptable and resourceful under changing priorities.
