Bottega Veneta Client Development Ambassador in Milan – drive VIC growth and omni-channel client engagement with luxury retail expertise.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets in alignment with company strategy while delivering an exceptional and emotionally engaging client experience
  • Build and retain strong relationships with high-spending clients through proactive clienteling activities and personalized service strategies
  • Increase the number of VICs in the CRM database through strategic client targeting, outreach, and engagement initiatives
  • Act as subject matter expert for internal clienteling tools, ensuring consistent and correct usage across the team and training new staff on best practices
  • Collect, update, and maintain accurate client data in the CRM system to enable effective segmentation and tailored client interactions
  • Provide confident styling advice rooted in deep understanding of the Bottega Veneta collection, current fashion trends, and the brand's creative vision
  • Support the Store Director in analyzing CRM and clienteling reports to extract actionable insights for enhancing client engagement and sales performance
  • Partner with the Local Client Development Manager to align on business priorities including new client acquisition, increased client spend, and improved retention
  • Ensure regular and personalized client outreach through private appointments and tailored omni-channel interactions
  • Maintain organized stock, monitor deliveries and availability, and communicate relevant information regarding out-of-stock items
  • Support the planning, execution, and follow-up of in-store events in collaboration with the Store Director and Local Client Development Manager
  • Foster a client-first culture by embedding clienteling practices into daily team routines and promoting the adoption of the brand's clienteling strategy

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar Client Advisor or clienteling role within Fashion and Luxury retail
  • Strong clienteling mindset with proven ability to build and develop a personal client portfolio
  • Excellent understanding of CRM tools and client development activities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Fluent in both English and Italian
  • Exceptional client service attitude with demonstrated omni-channel retail experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence and engage colleagues at all levels
