Bottega Veneta seeks a Client Advisor in Vienna, Austria for full-time luxury retail role reporting to Store Manager.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet performance expectations and deliver excellent customer service aligned with company standards
- Finalize sales targets and achievements in line with company strategy
- Employ effective selling techniques to maximize store business potential
- Contribute to team collaboration by sharing information and best practices
- Collect and update customer information to ensure efficient CRM and Client Book utilization
- Uphold respect for company standards and procedures
- Maintain updated stock information and follow store-to-store transfer request procedures
- Cultivate meaningful customer relationships
- Deliver excellence in customer service in alignment with company standards
Qualifications
- German and English language proficiency required; additional languages advantageous
- Minimum 1–2 years of work experience
- Sales experience preferably in fashion and luxury contexts
