Role & Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on collections and share passion for the brand to build strong client relationships.
  • Create joyful, personalized, and memorable client experiences.
  • Meet key performance indicators and effectively close sales.
  • Style ready-to-wear, shoes, and accessories collections tailored to client needs.
  • Utilize various sales channels and new technologies.
  • Embrace clienteling culture by building strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Provide best-in-class service in line with Bottega Veneta’s Client Journey.
  • Support colleagues and contribute positively to team dynamics.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Skills

Proactive and flexible with the ability to generate useful ideas for daily activities. Efficient time management skills. Goal-oriented with a strong track record of meeting KPIs. Understanding of luxury fashion, collections, and trends. Informal, genuine, and conversational approach to client interactions. Ability to create engaging and emotional client experiences. Positive approach to teamwork and collaboration.

Experience

Experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
