Bottega Veneta seeks a Client Advisor in Singapore to deliver luxury retail excellence, achieve sales targets, and cultivate client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly individual sales targets by embodying the Bottega Veneta brand ethos and utilizing the brand's distinctive sales methodology
- Deliver a memorable retail experience through attentive initial contact, client needs assessment, compelling product storytelling, and exceptional after-sales service
- Establish and nurture strong, trustful relationships with clients to exceed expectations and foster loyalty
- Gather and provide customer feedback on collections to the Store Manager, contributing to product development insights
- Monitor competitor activity through store visits, editorial research, and industry publications to inform strategic positioning
- Maintain store interior and exterior to company standards, ensuring an impeccable retail environment
- Demonstrate proactive problem-solving, resilience, and initiative in maximizing business opportunities alongside the store team
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment, adapting flexibly to different personalities and supporting colleagues
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in luxury retail
- Initiative, meticulous attention to detail, and precision in execution
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and genuine passion for the Bottega Veneta brand and the retail industry
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and guidance
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese
- Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced retail environment

Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in luxury retail. Prior working experience in the luxury industry is preferred but not mandatory.
