Bottega Veneta seeks a Client Advisor in Singapore to deliver luxury retail excellence and drive sales through exceptional brand engagement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly individual sales targets whilst embodying Bottega Veneta brand values and selling methodology
- Deliver an exceptional retail experience through client engagement, needs assessment, product storytelling, and attentive after-sales service
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients to consistently exceed their expectations
- Gather and communicate customer feedback on collections to the Store Manager
- Monitor competitor activity by visiting competitor stores and reviewing editorial content and industry publications
- Maintain store interior and exterior to company standards and visual merchandising guidelines
- Contribute actively to team operations whilst adapting to diverse personalities and supporting colleagues
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in luxury retail
- Initiative and meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and passion for luxury brands and retail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Strong teamwork and adaptability in fast-paced environments
