Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual monthly sales targets by applying the Bottega Veneta selling approach.
  • Deliver a memorable client experience from initial contact through follow-up, including needs assessment, product storytelling and after-sales service.
  • Develop, nurture and sustain trusted relationships with clients to anticipate needs and build loyalty.
  • Capture client feedback on collections and report insights to the Store Manager to inform commercial strategy.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends through visits, editorial review and industry observation.
  • Maintain the store interior and exterior to company standards and contribute to visual presentation.
  • Support team objectives, collaborate with colleagues across shifts and adapt to varying personalities and store demands.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve results and resolve operational or client-related issues.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in retail, preferably within the luxury segment.
  • Fluent verbal communication in English and Chinese.
  • Demonstrable initiative, meticulous attention to detail and a strong service orientation.
  • Enthusiasm for the brand and the luxury retail industry; ability to represent brand values convincingly.
  • Able to work independently with limited supervision while also contributing effectively as a team member.
  • Prior experience with high-end fashion houses is an advantage but not mandatory.
