Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly individual sales targets by embodying the brand and utilizing the Bottega Veneta approach to sales.
- Deliver an exceptional retail experience through effective initial contact, needs assessment, product storytelling, and superior after-sales service.
- Learn from the Store Manager and team to maximize business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong, trustful relationships with clients to exceed their expectations.
- Demonstrate energy and proactivity, seeking ways to improve results and solve problems.
- Collect customer feedback on collections and communicate it to the Store Manager.
- Gather information on competitor activities through visits and media analysis.
- Contribute to teamwork, adapt to different personalities, and support colleagues.
- Ensure the store's interior and exterior adhere to company standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the luxury retail industry.
- Possess initiative, meticulousness, and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for the brand and retail industry.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in the luxury industry preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese.
- Team player capable of performing in a fast-paced environment.
