Bottega Veneta seeks a Client Advisor in Shenzhen: represent the brand, advise clients across the buying journey and help achieve sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the visible ambassador of the brand in-store, delivering a consistently elevated client experience.
  • Guide clients through the full buying journey, advising on product characteristics, styling and trends.
  • Present and merchandise the collection according to brand standards and visual directives.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through personalised service and follow-up to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets through expert selling, upselling and clienteling.
  • Process sales transactions and ensure accuracy of administrative duties related to sales and client records.
  • Collaborate with the store team to maintain stockroom organisation, floor readiness and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience; prior experience with luxury or premium brands preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
  • Strong product knowledge or the ability to rapidly acquire deep understanding of leather goods and ready-to-wear.
  • High standards of presentation, discretion and professionalism appropriate to a luxury environment.
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.

Experience
