Bottega Veneta in Shenzhen is hiring a Client Advisor to deliver luxury client service, drive sales and support store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store client service to high-net-worth and international customers, driving sales and achieving individual targets in line with company strategy.
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and after-sales care, including collecting and updating client information for CRM use.
- Support shop operations and the store manager with daily tasks, including correct execution of stock transfers and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Share market intelligence, product knowledge and best practices with colleagues to foster a stable, high-performing team.
- Adhere consistently to the brand’s service values and visual/service standards to protect and enhance the client experience.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to build and sustain long-term relationships with an international clientele.
- Previous retail sales experience; prior experience in the luxury sector strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; confident in delivering personalised service.
- Demonstrated capacity to deliver significant commercial results repeatedly.
- Ability to multi-task and perform effectively in a fast-paced, challenging and changeable retail environment.
- Fluent spoken English is an advantage.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in retail sales is required; candidates with experience in the luxury goods or premium fashion sector will be prioritised. Demonstrable track record of developing client relationships and meeting or exceeding sales targets is expected.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary studies in fashion, retail or business are advantageous.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.
