Role & Responsibilities
- Execute all in-store sales activities and provide high-quality customer service.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective sales techniques and after-sales service.
- Assist the store manager in various operational tasks to ensure smooth store operations.
- Share information and best practices to cultivate a stable and harmonious team environment.
- Collect and update client information for customer relationship management and client books.
- Maintain accurate inventory information and ensure proper implementation of store transfer processes.
- Uphold the company's service values and standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to establish long-term, positive relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Previous sales experience, with preference given to those with luxury industry experience.
- Proficiency in English is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to drive significant business results consistently.
- Capability to multitask in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic work environment.
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in sales, particularly within the luxury sector, is preferred.
