Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
- Develop new clientele through appointments and consignments, and keep clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance sales performance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, regularly updating client profile records.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all collections through continuous learning and training.
- Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, fostering a respectful and equitable workplace environment.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
Skills
Experience
1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, ideally within the luxury sector.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Scottsdale, Arizona, USA, with easy access to Phoenix.
