Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales goals and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance client relationships.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client profiles.
  • Continuously seek feedback and demonstrate a learning attitude to improve personal and team performance.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections, supported by company-provided training resources.
  • Assist with basic store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and compliance with company policies.
  • Foster a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
  • Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team orientation.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Polished and professional appearance. Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods. Capability to climb ladders and lift packages regularly.

Experience

1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.

Workplace

This position is based in Santa Clara, California, USA, within easy reach of San Jose.

Compensation

Salary range of $21.00-24.00/hr, plus commission and overtime eligibility.
