Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and relationship building.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance customer experience.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client profile records.
- Engage in continuous learning and feedback to improve personal and team performance.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections through company-provided training resources.
- Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and adherence to company policies.
- Foster an inclusive and respectful work environment for all associates.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and KPIs consistently.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team-oriented mindset.
Skills
Experience
1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, with preference for luxury retail experience.

Compensation
