Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and improve key performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client profiles are routinely updated and accurate.
  • Maintain a learning attitude, actively seeking feedback from colleagues and management.
  • Sustain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections through company-provided training resources.
  • Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including inventory counts and maintaining visual standards.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Promote a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
  • Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team orientation.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Polished and professional appearance. Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods. Capability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Physical ability to climb ladders and lift packages up to 8 lbs.

Experience

1-2 years of retail sales experience, ideally within a luxury setting.
