Bottega Veneta seeks a Client Advisor in San Francisco. Full-time retail role offering $23–$25/hr plus commission, holiday benefits, and career development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through strategic client outreach, new client development via appointments and consignments, and communication of collection deliveries and brand initiatives
- Apply the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques—cross-selling, multiple selling, and upselling—to maximize transaction value and close sales
- Establish and nurture enduring client relationships through routine profile updates and personalized engagement
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections (both technical and inspirational) through designated training resources
- Contribute to store opening and closing procedures including cycle counts and maintenance of visual standards, merchandise presentation, signage, and lighting
- Assist in creating an inclusive workplace environment where all associates are treated with fairness, dignity, and respect
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of previous retail sales experience in a customer-service-related field, preferably in a luxury environment
- Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs
- Demonstrated capacity to build and maintain a loyal client following
- Genuine passion for fashion with active engagement in industry trends and news
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain a polished, professional appearance consistently
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including closing shifts (minimum 3 times per week), weekend availability (minimum 3 Saturdays and 2 Sundays per month), annual inventory, and the full holiday season
- Physical capability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift packages weighing 5–8 lbs regularly
Skills
Experience
1–2 years of retail sales experience in a customer-service context, ideally within a luxury retail environment. Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, developing client loyalty, and executing consultative selling techniques.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail, fashion, or customer service certification preferred but not required.
