Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach and engagement.
- Cultivate new client relationships via appointments and consignments, and inform clients of new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance KPIs.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, updating client profiles regularly.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge across all collections through company-provided training resources.
- Assist with store operations including opening and closing procedures, maintaining visual standards, and general store upkeep.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a respectful and equitable work environment for all associates.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
