Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as brand ambassador, delivering a personalised, memorable luxury client experience at every touchpoint.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through consultative selling and proven sales techniques.
  • Proactively identify and convert sales opportunities, including cross‑selling across product categories.
  • Maintain and regularly update client records in the CRM and Client Book to nurture long‑term relationships.
  • Ensure stock information is accurate, process transfer requests correctly and follow inventory procedures.
  • Uphold brand guidelines and in‑store processes to guarantee consistency of presentation and service.
  • Share best practices with colleagues to foster team cohesion and contribute to a high‑performance retail environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a client advisor or sales professional within luxury retail; demonstrated affinity for ready‑to‑wear preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑centred approach.
  • Commercially driven and proactive in proposing initiatives to improve sales performance.
  • Ability to cross‑sell effectively across different product categories and client segments.
  • Fluency in French and English to serve an international clientele.
