Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy and utilize sales techniques to maximize performance.
- Share best practices to foster a harmonious team cohesion.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate client relationships through effective after-sales service.
- Regularly collect and update client information for CRM and Client Book.
- Ensure stock information is current and manage transfer requests accurately.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and processes.
- Embody the brand's service values consistently.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to build long-term relationships with diverse clients globally.
- Confirmed experience as a Client Advisor, preferably in the luxury sector with a sensitivity to the ready-to-wear universe.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive in proposing commercial performance improvements.
- Capability to perform cross-selling across all product categories.
- Versatile with a passion for challenges.
- Fluency in French and English.

Experience
Previous experience in a luxury retail environment, particularly in a client advisory role, is essential.
