Bottega Veneta is hiring a Seasonal Client Advisor in Rome (Condotti) to deliver luxury client experiences and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and finalize individual sales targets in line with company strategy and store objectives.
- Deliver best-in-class, emotionally engaging client experiences consistent with the Bottega Veneta client journey.
- Use CRM to collect, update and leverage client information to support clienteling and long-term relationship building.
- Provide confident styling advice that reflects knowledge of collections, silhouettes and current fashion trends to encourage discovery and multiple-item purchases.
- Maintain visual and stock standards: monitor deliveries and availability, keep inventory tidy, and communicate stock issues promptly.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures and store operational guidelines while managing time efficiently across multiple tasks.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience, preferably within fashion and luxury retail environments.
- Fluency in Italian and English (mandatory); Portuguese is a plus.
- Demonstrable client service orientation with strong interpersonal and empathetic communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain a diversified client portfolio through proactive clienteling.
- Flexible, resilient team player able to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic retail environment.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail sales experience is required; experience in fashion and luxury contexts is strongly preferred.
