Role & Responsibilities

- Regularly collect and update customer information for CRM and Client Book.
- Ensure stock information is current and manage transfer requests accurately.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and processes.
- Embody the brand's service values consistently.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to build long-term relationships with diverse clients globally.
- Experienced Client Advisor, preferably with luxury sector experience and an affinity for ready-to-wear fashion.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive in proposing commercial performance improvements.
- Capability to perform cross-selling across product categories.
- Versatile with a passion for challenges.
- Fluency in French and English.
