- Ensure stock information is current and manage transfer requests accurately.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and processes.
- Embody the brand's service values at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to build long-term relationships with a diverse clientele.
- Experienced Client Advisor, ideally with a background in luxury and an affinity for Ready-to-Wear.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive in improving commercial performance.
- Capability to cross-sell across all product categories.
- Versatile with a passion for challenges.
- Fluency in French and English.

Experience
Previous experience as a Client Advisor in the luxury sector is preferred.
