Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Bottega Veneta brand to clients and embody company values
- Guide customers through all stages of the buying journey, including collection discovery, product selection, and post-purchase support
- Present the collection using brand standards and styling expertise
- Provide detailed product knowledge covering characteristics, materials, care, and seasonal trends
- Manage customer transactions and process returns or exchanges efficiently
- Contribute to attainment of store sales targets
- Enhance overall customer satisfaction and experience
- Support store management activities and omni-channel operations
