Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver best‑in‑class client experiences by advising on collections and providing personalised styling and product recommendations.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets in line with company strategy and proactively close sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships through disciplined clienteling and regular CRM updates.
- Represent and uphold the Bottega Veneta brand image and client journey at all times.
- Manage store operations including stock organisation, monitoring deliveries and reporting availability issues promptly.
- Apply company policies and procedures to ensure operational compliance and outstanding service.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail sales experience, preferably within fashion or luxury brands.
- Fluency in English (mandatory).
- Outstanding client service orientation with empathy and excellent verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and manage a diversified client portfolio.
- Flexible, able to multitask and adapt to a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Strong team player with a collaborative attitude.

Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of direct sales experience, ideally within fashion or luxury retail, with demonstrated clienteling, portfolio development and target achievement.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or degree-level studies in fashion, retail, business or a related discipline preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Reggello, Tuscany, Italy, with easy access to Florence.
