Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets in accordance with company strategy and employ advanced sales techniques to maximize performance
- Share best practices to foster team cohesion and collaborative working relationships
- Deliver excellence in customer service and cultivate lasting client relationships through attentive after-sales support
- Regularly collect and update client information in the CRM system and Client Book
- Maintain accurate stock information and process transfer requests correctly
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and operational processes
- Embody the brand's service values at all times and execute cross-category sales opportunities
Qualifications
- Confirmed experience as a Client Advisor, preferably within luxury goods
- Demonstrated sensitivity to the ready-to-wear and fashion universe
- Strong cross-selling abilities across product categories
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships internationally
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in both French and English
