Bottega Veneta Client Advisor Internship, Galeries Lafayette Paris, September–November. Luxury retail experience in an iconic Italian Maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Pursue sales targets established by Bottega Veneta whilst upholding the Maison's luxury philosophy
- Apply effective sales methodologies to increase boutique revenue
- Maintain and update customer information using CRM and Client Book systems
- Collaborate with team members and share best practices
- Cultivate and strengthen client loyalty relationships
- Organize stock and support inventory management
- Adhere to brand values and internal procedures
- Deliver service excellence in accordance with Maison standards
Qualifications
- Minimum Bac+3 level of education (or equivalent undergraduate qualification)
- Fluent French and English mandatory; additional languages preferred
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills
