Bottega Veneta seeks an experienced Client Advisor for its flagship Montaigne boutique in Paris. The role centres on delivering exceptional, memorable service whilst driving sales performance in alignment with the house's luxury philosophy. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets through consultative selling techniques, cultivating long-term client relationships via attentive after-sales support, maintaining accurate CRM and client records, and embodying the brand's service values consistently.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets in accordance with company strategy whilst employing sophisticated sales techniques to maximize performance
- Deliver exemplary client service and foster enduring client relationships through diligent after-sales support
- Regularly collect and update client information in the CRM system and Client Book to enhance relationship management
- Execute cross-category sales initiatives across all product universes to optimize transaction value
- Ensure stock information remains current and process transfer requests accurately
- Share best practices and contribute to harmonious team cohesion
- Uphold brand guidelines and processes consistently
- Embody the house's service values at all times, serving as a brand ambassador
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a Client Advisor, ideally within the luxury sector
- Sensitivity to and understanding of the ready-to-wear universe
- Proven ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships across diverse international clientele
- Strong cross-selling capabilities across multiple product categories
- Fluency in French and English
- Excellent communication skills
- Commercial acumen and results-driven mindset
