Bottega Veneta Client Advisor position in Paris. Deliver luxury customer experience and drive sales at the Montaigne flagship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales objectives in alignment with company strategy and maximize performance through effective selling techniques
- Share best practices to build harmonious team cohesion
- Deliver excellence in customer service and cultivate client relationships through effective after-sales support
- Regularly collect and update customer information in CRM and Client Book
- Ensure stock information remains current and process transfer requests correctly
- Ensure compliance with processes aligned to Brand guidelines
- Embody the Brand's service values at all times
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Client Advisor, ideally within the luxury sector with sensitivity to ready-to-wear
- Capability to build long-term fruitful relationships with diverse international clientele
- Strong cross-selling abilities across all product categories
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in French and English
