Bottega Veneta seeks a Client Advisor at La Samaritaine, Paris — deliver exceptional luxury service and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, memorable luxury client experience in line with the Maison’s service standards and values.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by applying refined luxury sales techniques and proactively pursuing revenue opportunities.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with an international clientele and manage after-sales service to ensure client retention.
- Regularly collect, update and maintain client records in the CRM and Client Book to support personalised clienteling.
- Ensure stock accuracy, initiate and follow up on transfer requests, and communicate inventory status to the team.
- Share best practices to strengthen team cohesion and ensure adherence to the Maison’s operational guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a sales associate, ideally within luxury retail or premium fashion.
- Fluency in French and English to engage an international client base.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated clienteling ability.
- Commercially driven with a track record of effective cross-selling and upselling across product categories.
- Adaptable, team-oriented and resilient, with a strong sense of initiative and a taste for challenge.

Proven client-facing experience in luxury retail sales with a demonstrable ability to meet commercial targets and manage an international clientele.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, luxury sales or customer service preferred.
