Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPI metrics through proactive client outreach, appointments and consignments.
  • Apply the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques (cross-selling, multiple selling, upselling) to maximise transaction value and conversion.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships and ensure client profiles are accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain an exceptional level of product knowledge across collections and participate in training to deepen technical and inspirational understanding.
  • Support basic store opening and closing duties, including cycle counts, light cleaning and merchandise presentation to uphold visual standards.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of retail sales experience in a customer-facing role; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and KPI targets.

  • Professional, well-groomed presentation and the ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
