Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPI metrics through proactive client outreach, appointments and consignments.
- Apply the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques (cross-selling, multiple selling, upselling) to maximise transaction value and conversion.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships and ensure client profiles are accurate and up to date.
- Maintain an exceptional level of product knowledge across collections and participate in training to deepen technical and inspirational understanding.
- Support basic store opening and closing duties, including cycle counts, light cleaning and merchandise presentation to uphold visual standards.
- Adhere to all company policies and foster a respectful, inclusive environment for colleagues and clients.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail sales experience in a customer-facing role; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and KPI targets.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain a loyal client base.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional, well-groomed presentation and the ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.

1–2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service role, preferably within a luxury retail environment; demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
