Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute all in-store sales activities and provide high-quality service to clients.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through effective sales and after-sales service.
  • Assist the Store Manager with various operational tasks.
  • Achieve sales targets by employing effective sales techniques in line with company strategy.
  • Contribute to a stable and harmonious team environment by sharing information and best practices.
  • Collect and update client information for CRM and client book purposes.
  • Maintain updated inventory information and ensure correct implementation of store transfer processes.
  • Uphold the company's service values and standards at all times.

Qualifications

  • Ability to establish long-term, positive relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Previous sales experience, with a preference for candidates with luxury industry experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving significant commercial results.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic work environment.
  • Fluency in English is preferred.

Experience

Prior experience in sales is required, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the luxury sector.
