Bottega Veneta Client Advisor apprenticeship, Nice and Cannes Galeries Lafayette locations. Support retail operations and deliver luxury customer experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily schedules and operational planning with store management and supervisors
- Support store maintenance and cleanliness supervision
- Manage procurement of essential supplies including stationery, uniforms, packaging, and beverages
- Serve as primary contact for administrative oversight and operational liaison
- Collaborate with management and head office operations to ensure adherence to operational procedures
- Support the sales team by locating products, identifying sizes, and addressing inventory-related customer needs
- Greet clients according to brand standards, manage queuing, and engage customers during wait times
- Facilitate smooth handovers between front-of-house and sales teams whilst monitoring customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Confirmed experience as a Client Advisor, ideally within the luxury sector
- Demonstrated experience or sensitivity to the ready-to-wear and fashion segments
- Fluency in French and English
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships across diverse clientele
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to execute cross-selling across multiple product categories
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for meeting commercial challenges
