This role involves delivering exceptional customer experiences, achieving sales targets, and maintaining client relationships in line with the brand's luxury ethos. Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy and utilize sales techniques to maximize performance.
- Share best practices to foster a harmonious team environment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate client relationships through effective after-sales service.
- Regularly collect and update client information for CRM and Client Book.
- Ensure stock information is current and manage transfer requests accurately.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and processes.
- Embody the brand's service values at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to build long-term relationships with diverse clients globally.
- Experience as a Client Advisor, ideally within the luxury sector.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive in enhancing commercial performance.
- Ability to cross-sell across all product categories.
- Versatile and challenge-driven.
- Fluent in French and English.
