Bottega Veneta Client Advisor position at New York flagship store, $26–28/hr. Join Kering's luxury retail team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach, appointment setting, consignments, and communication of new collection deliveries, in-store events, and brand initiatives
- Effectively apply the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques—including cross-selling, multiple selling, and upselling—to maximize transaction value and close sales
- Establish, nurture, and maintain strong client relationships through systematic profile updating and personalized engagement
- Seek and incorporate feedback from colleagues and management to foster continuous learning and professional development
- Maintain comprehensive technical and inspirational product knowledge across all collections using company training resources
- Assist management with store opening and closing procedures, including cycle counts, visual merchandise presentation, signage, lighting maintenance, and general store upkeep
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Cultivate a workplace environment where all team members are treated with fairness, dignity, and respect
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service environment, preferably luxury sector
- Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs
- Track record of building and maintaining a loyal client following
- Genuine passion for fashion with active engagement in industry trends and news
- Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and high energy level combined with team orientation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Polished, well-groomed professional appearance
- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
- Physical capability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5–8 lbs. regularly
- Availability for closing shifts a minimum of 3 times weekly, 3+ Saturdays and 2+ Sundays per month, annual inventory, and the entire holiday season
Skills
Experience
1–2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service field, preferably within the luxury sector. Luxury retail sales experience is preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 26 to USD 28 per hour.
