Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPI metrics through proactive client outreach, appointments and consignment development.
- Execute the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and employ selling techniques (cross-selling, multiple selling, upselling) to maximise transaction value and conversion.
- Develop, update and maintain accurate client profiles and relationship records to build a loyal client base.
- Maintain deep product knowledge (technical and inspirational) across collections and communicate new deliveries, in-store events and brand initiatives to clients.
- Support store operations including basic opening/closing procedures, cycle counts, light maintenance and upkeep of visual merchandising standards.
- Contribute to an inclusive workplace by treating colleagues and clients with dignity and respect and participating in ongoing feedback and learning processes.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail sales experience in a customer-facing environment; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client following through proactive outreach and relationship management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and a polished, professional appearance.
- Availability for regular closing shifts (minimum three times per week), at least three Saturdays per month, two Sundays per month, annual inventory and full holiday season; ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.

1–2 years of retail sales or customer-service experience; prior exposure to a luxury retail environment strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; formal retail, fashion or luxury-sales training is a plus.
