Bottega Veneta seeks a Client Advisor in New York (Meatpacking) — hourly $25–$27, commission eligible; retail sales role reporting to the Store Manager.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach, appointments and consignment activity.
- Apply the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques (cross-selling, multiple selling, upselling) to maximise transaction value and conversion.
- Develop, maintain and update detailed client profiles; nurture long-term client relationships and loyalty.
- Maintain exemplary product knowledge—technical and inspirational—using company training resources.
- Support basic store opening/closing duties including cycle counts, light cleaning and adherence to visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
- Comply with all company policies and foster a respectful, inclusive environment for colleagues and clients.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail sales or customer-service experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Available to work closing shifts (minimum three times per week), at least three Saturdays and two Sundays per month, annual inventory and entire holiday season.
- Professional, well‑groomed presentation and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods; able to climb a ladder and regularly lift packages of 5–8 lbs.

1–2 years of prior retail sales or customer-facing experience, preferably within a luxury environment, with a demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and building a loyal client base.
