Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and development of new client relationships.
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance sales performance.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client profile records.
  • Maintain a continuous learning attitude by actively seeking and receiving feedback from colleagues and management.
  • Sustain a comprehensive understanding of product knowledge across all collections through available training resources.
  • Assist with basic store operations, including opening and closing procedures, maintaining visual standards, and complying with company policies.
  • Foster a respectful and dignified environment for all associates.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
  • Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team orientation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Polished and professional appearance.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical ability to be mobile on the sales floor and handle packages weighing 5-8 lbs.

Experience

1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably within the luxury sector.

Compensation

Salary range of $22.00-24.00 per hour, plus commission and overtime eligibility.
