Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and outreach.
  • Cultivate new client relationships through appointments and consignments, while keeping clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance sales performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships by regularly updating and managing client profiles.
  • Continuously seek and incorporate feedback from colleagues and management to improve performance.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections through available training resources.
  • Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cycle counts and visual merchandising standards.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a respectful and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
  • Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Polished and professional appearance.

Experience
