Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPI’s through proactive client outreach, appointment-setting and consignments.
  • Implement the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and consultative selling techniques (cross-selling, multiple selling, upselling) to maximise transaction value and close sales.
  • Develop, nurture and grow a loyal client book; routinely update and maintain accurate client profile records.
  • Communicate product knowledge (technical and inspirational) to clients and stay informed of new collection deliveries, in-store events and brand initiatives.
  • Support store operations and visual standards, including basic opening/closing procedures, cycle counts, merchandise presentation, signage and light maintenance tasks as requested.
  • Maintain professional conduct in accordance with company policies and contribute to an inclusive workplace where colleagues are treated with dignity and respect.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of retail sales experience in a customer-facing environment; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPI’s.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining a loyal client following.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, well-groomed presentation.
  • Availability to work closing shifts at least 3 times per week, a minimum of 3 Saturdays per month, 2 Sundays per month, annual inventory and the full holiday season.
  • Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods and to climb a ladder and regularly lift packages of 5–8 lbs.

Experience

1–2 years of previous retail sales experience in a customer service role; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.

Education
