The full-time Client Advisor in Munich reports to Store Management and contributes to sales performance, client relationship development and exceptional service at Bottega Veneta. The role uses CRM and Client Book, maintains stock information and requires German and English proficiency alongside 1 to 2 years of work experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet performance expectations and deliver excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction in line with company standards.
- Achieve sales targets in line with company strategy.
- Use effective selling techniques to maximize store business potential.
- Support teamwork by sharing information and best practices.
- Collect and update customer information for efficient use of CRM and Client Book.
- Uphold company standards and procedures.
- Keep stock information updated and follow store-to-store transfer request procedures.
