Bottega Veneta Client Advisor in Montreal — deliver exceptional clienteling, achieve sales KPIs and represent the maison in-store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach, appointment booking and consignments.
- Apply the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques (cross-selling, multiple selling, upselling) to maximise transaction value and conversion.
- Develop, update and maintain detailed client profiles; establish and nurture long-term client relationships and a loyal client base.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge—technical and inspirational—through company training resources and brand materials.
- Support store operations including basic opening/closing procedures, cycle counts, light cleaning and maintaining visual standards (merchandise presentation, signage, lighting).
- Comply with all company policies and contribute to an inclusive environment where colleagues are treated with dignity and respect.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service role; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs consistently.
- Demonstrated capability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and polished professional presentation.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods and to perform light physical tasks (climb ladder; lift 5–8 lbs regularly).
- Availability to work closing shifts at least three times per week, a minimum of three Saturdays per month, two Sundays per month, annual inventory and the full holiday season.

1–2 years of retail sales experience in a customer-facing environment; previous experience within luxury retail is preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
