Bottega Veneta Client Advisor role in Montecito, California—luxury retail sales position with $19–$21/hr plus commission and growth opportunities.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through strategic client outreach, appointment setting, consignment development, and communication of new collection arrivals and brand initiatives
  • Utilize Bottega Veneta Client Journey methodology and advanced selling techniques—cross-selling, multiple selling, and upselling—to optimize transaction value and client satisfaction
  • Establish, cultivate, and maintain strong client relationships through consistent engagement and meticulous maintenance of client profile records
  • Sustain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections by leveraging training resources and industry research
  • Assist management with store opening and closing procedures, including cycle counts and light maintenance tasks
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards including merchandise presentation, signage, lighting, and general store aesthetics
  • Demonstrate openness to feedback and continuous professional development
  • Uphold all company policies and procedures while fostering a respectful and dignified workplace environment

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of retail sales experience in customer service, preferably in a luxury environment
  • Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Demonstrated capacity to build and maintain a loyal client following
  • Genuine passion for fashion with active awareness of industry trends
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Polished, professional appearance and grooming standards
  • Physical capability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
  • Availability to work closing shifts a minimum of 3 times per week, minimum 3 Saturdays monthly, 2 Sundays monthly, plus annual inventory and entire holiday season
  • Ability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5–8 lbs. regularly

Experience
