Bottega Veneta seeks a Client Advisor in Milan to deliver exceptional service and drive sales in the luxury fashion retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Finalize sales targets in alignment with company strategy and brand positioning
- Create engaging and emotionally resonant client experiences through best-in-class service delivery
- Collect and update client information within the CRM system to enable personalized clienteling
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through consistent, attentive engagement
- Advise clients on collections, trends, and styling alternatives with confidence and creative vision
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and monitor stock levels and deliveries
- Represent the Bottega Veneta brand image with professionalism and authenticity
- Manage time efficiently to accomplish assigned tasks in a dynamic retail environment
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- Excellent customer service orientation and adaptability across diverse client profiles
- Strong communication and empathetic listening skills
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and maintain flexibility in a fast-moving environment
- Demonstrated capacity to build and manage a diverse client portfolio
Skills
Experience
1–2 years of sales experience in fashion or luxury retail contexts, with demonstrated success in client relationship building and sales performance.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional training in fashion, luxury goods, or retail operations is advantageous.

This position is based in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 26,000 per annum.
