Bottega Veneta seeks a Client Advisor (Chinese speaker) for its Milan Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets in line with company strategy, managing time and priorities to maximize performance.
  • Deliver best-in-class, personalised client experiences that reflect the Bottega Veneta client journey and brand image.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and regular CRM updates.
  • Provide styling advice rooted in an understanding of the collections and fashion trends; propose complementary silhouettes and alternatives to expand client discovery.
  • Support store operations by maintaining stock organisation, monitoring deliveries and availability, and communicating out-of-stock or product information promptly.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures and visual standards at all times.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years' sales experience, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
  • Fluency in Chinese, Italian and English required.
  • Demonstrable client service orientation with a flexible approach to different client profiles.
  • Excellent verbal communication and empathetic interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and build a diversified client portfolio.
  • Collaborative team player with a professional retail demeanour.

Experience

Minimum 2–3 years of frontline sales experience, ideally within luxury fashion or high-end retail environments, with a track record of building client relationships and meeting sales targets.
