Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through proactive client outreach, new client acquisition via appointments and consignments, and communication of new collection deliveries and in-store events
- Apply the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and consultative selling techniques including cross-selling, multiple selling, and upselling to maximize transaction value and improve performance metrics
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by establishing and routinely updating comprehensive client profile records
- Sustain elevated product knowledge on all collections—both technical and inspirational—through continuous engagement with company training resources
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures including cycle counts, light maintenance, and upkeep of visual standards regarding merchandise presentation, signage, and lighting
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor while fostering a respectful, dignified workplace environment for all associates
- Demonstrate an open, learning-oriented mindset by actively seeking and implementing feedback from colleagues and management
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail sales experience in customer service, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and performance KPIs
- Demonstrated capacity to build and maintain a loyal client following
- Genuine passion for fashion with active awareness of industry trends and developments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Polished, well-groomed professional appearance
- Physical capability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods and to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5–8 lbs. regularly
Skills
Experience
1–2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service context, with luxury retail background preferred. The candidate should demonstrate a track record of achieving sales targets and cultivating client loyalty.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in retail management, business, or fashion preferred but not required.
