Bottega Veneta seeks a Part-time Client Advisor in Malaga for June–August. Deliver refined luxury service and support the sales team in Puerto Banús.

Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients in-store, delivering a warm, refined and personalised welcome consistent with the brand’s luxury standards.
- Manage client flow and liaise closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handovers from greeting to consultation and reduce perceived wait times.
- Engage waiting clients by communicating brand heritage, collection highlights and service offerings to elevate the customer experience.
- Support the selling team by checking stock availability and sizing, coordinating with back-of-house to fulfil client requests promptly.
- Uphold brand values, internal procedures and visual standards at all times to maintain a consistent luxury presentation.
- Deliver exceptional, solution-oriented customer service that aligns with the house’s expectations for client care.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar client-facing or retail role, preferably within luxury or premium fashion environments.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Availability and flexibility to work on a part-time schedule across the June–August period.
- Client-oriented attitude, strong teamwork skills and professional demeanour.

Experience
Previous client-facing retail experience is required, ideally within luxury or premium fashion houses where high-touch service and personalised client journeys are the norm.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or luxury fashion preferred.
