Role & Responsibilities

  • Utilize effective selling techniques to maximize store business potential.
  • Contribute to team collaboration by sharing information and best practices.
  • Maintain and update customer information for efficient CRM and Client Book use.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.
  • Keep stock information updated and manage store-to-store transfer requests.
  • Cultivate and maintain customer relationships.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with company standards.

Qualifications

  • Sales experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.

Skills

Excellent customer service attitude and adaptability to diverse customer types. Strong communication and empathy skills. Commercial results orientation. Team collaboration abilities. Multitasking and flexibility. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-pressure environment.

Experience

Previous sales experience in the fashion and luxury industry is preferred.
