Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy.

  • Collect and update customer information for efficient CRM and Client Book usage.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.
  • Maintain updated stock information and manage store-to-store transfer requests.
  • Cultivate and maintain customer relationships.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in line with company standards.

Qualifications

  • Sales experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts.

Skills

Excellent customer service attitude and flexibility to adapt to diverse customers. Strong communication and empathetic skills. Commercial results orientation. Teamwork capabilities. Ability to multitask and remain flexible. Capacity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-pressure environment. Fluency in Spanish and English.

Experience

Sales experience, preferably within the fashion and luxury sectors, is required.
