Bottega Veneta seeks Client Advisor in Macau. Luxury retail sales role requiring CRM expertise and strong customer relationship skills.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic selling techniques and effective client engagement
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain lasting relationships through attentive after-sales support
- Efficiently collect, update, and manage customer information within the CRM and Client Book systems
- Monitor and update stock information accurately and process store transfer requests
- Embody company service values and standards consistently across all customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and foster harmonious working relationships
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience within the luxury fashion sector
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and retail management tools
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multi-cultural retail environment
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of professional sales experience, preferably within luxury fashion retail or comparable premium sector environments.
Education
Secondary school diploma or equivalent; professional retail or customer service certification preferred.
